Both artists and sculptors would be in need of at least the minimum public liability cover, so that they are protected against claims by third parties.

Often when showing at an exhibition, the organisers will insist on this being in place before you are able to exhibit and it is a legal requirement if you employ anyone, including subcontractors. As brokers we provide bespoke insurance policies to make sure that you have this, in addition to the appropriate stock and contents cover.
